At Mind, Body & Soul Fitness we offer a wide variety of classes.  Gentlemen these classes are not just for women!  We hope to see you here as well! Our goal is to help you create an exercise program for a healthier and less stressful lifestyle.  In addition to our classes, we also offer Nutrition Counseling and Personal Training.  We have instructors on staff that specialize in these areas.  Workshops and seminars will be offered throughout the year.  A weight loss program will be beginning in November 2010.
